Prime Minister of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov: assisting in improvement of living conditions must be rendered to each veteran of Great Patriotic War

We should maximum effectuate means of the federal budget, in SAHF program, RT Prime Minister said, first of all, housing certificates, a parent capital.

Besides, Rustam Minnikhanov reminded, that the federal budget had allocated 1,3 billion rbl. for Republic Tatarstan (subvention) for provision with apartments and improvement of living conditions of Great Patriotic war veterans (till May 1st, 2010). These means have already arrived in the republic.

Head of the RT government proposed to determine the houses to be entered in build in 2009, and the apartment houses and building sites which are to be transferred on 2010. He reminded that a decision had been taken in the republic (approved by RT President Mintimer Shaimiev) that the sequence under the social mortgage should not exceed three years.

Presently, people have claims to quality of apartment houses on social mortgage (especially panel housing construction), Rustam Minnikhanov informed, that this is “a fly in the ointment" in our work under the program of the social mortgage».
