On December 11, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov as a member of the Russian delegation led by Russia’s President Vladimir Putin  started his working visit to India.

Earlier today Rustam Minnikhanov has visited two historical sites in Delhi - Humayun’s tomb and Red Fort. Tatarstan President was told about the Indian experience in conservation of architectural and archaeological values.

Minnikhanov will take part in Russia-India negotiations between the top state officials to be held Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi.
