In conditions of industrial production recession the main tasks for Tatarstan are preservation of labour collectives, ensuring maximal loading of the industrial enterprises, the enterprises of building industry, this has been stated today at a session of RT Ministry of Economy collegium by RT Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov.

RT Ministry of Economy Marat Safiullin made a key report at the session of collegium. Besides forecasting figures on the end of 2009, he sounded also the concept of Republic Tatarstan strategy for 2010-2030.

The gross regional product in the first half-year of 2009 has made 365 billion rbl., that in comparable prices for 8 % below the similar period of 2008.

The volume of shipped output in January-June, 2009 made 381,3 billion rbl. Index of industrial production (IIP) in January-June dropped 14,2 % to corresponding period of the last year and made 85,8 %.

The volume of investments into a fixed capital, by preliminary data, made 104,5 bln..rbl., or in comparable prices - 94 % to the similar period of the last year.

Among the main threats of the second wave of economic crisis he named problems of bank crediting, growth of unemployment, decrease in real incomes.
