The number of rendered electronic services increased by 18 per cent for one year

On November 5, at a briefing at Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers Minister of Information and Communications Roman Shaikhutdinov told that citizens prefer using state services in electronic format more often. In particular, 22 million services were rendered for nine months of 2014.

Most popular services are traffic fine payments (45 per cent) and utility bills (35 per cent). Also, payment for hobby classes and groups and subscription to newspapers and magazines are available on the portal of state services.

Currently, state and municipal services are rendered via self-service infomats, portal of state services uslugi.tatarstan.ru and mobile application “Services of the Republic of Tatarstan”.
