On October 18, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov signed a number of orders. In accordance with the order №УП-992 dated as of October 17, 2014, Yakupov Linar was released from the office of Chief Executive of Tatarstan Investment Development Agency. Taliya Minullina was appointed Chief Executive of Tatarstan Investment Development Agency in accordance with the order № УП-993 dated as of October 17, 2014.
