On October 6, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov signed a number of decrees. In accordance with the decree № 964 dated as of October 6, 2014, Airat Shafigullin, former Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Protection was appointed Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Tatarstan.

In accordance with the decree № 965 dated as of October 6, 2014, Elmira Zaripova, former Head of the Department of civil registry office of the Cabinet of Ministers was appointed Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Protection.
