Tatarstan government instituted grants for public organizations

Tatarstan Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov signed the Decree of RT government about institution of annual grants of the republican Cabinet for public organizations realizing socially significant projects.

Ministry of finance was charged with providing annual allocation of 10 million roubles from the budget of Republic Tatarstan for organization and holding the contest, starting form 2010.

Membership of republican contest commission was also approved by government decree. It is headed by Chief of the RT Cabinet Office Shamil Gafarov.
