On July 28, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, took part in a traditional festive prayer on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr, the day of breaking fast as the Islamic holy month of Ramadan ends.

The festive prayer was held by Mufti of Tatarstan Kamil Hazrat Samigullin in the Kul-Sharif Mosque.

Festive prayers were held at 53 mosques in Kazan.
