Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov is on a short-term vacation from July 27 to August 3, 2014. According to the Article 98 of the Constitution of the Republic of Tatarstan, during vacation period Tatarstan President’s duties will be performed by Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov.
