On June 2, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov presented special state scholarships to the winners of Open television youth festival “Sozvezdie-Yoldyzlyk”.

Ildar Khalikov congratulated the winners on behalf of Tatarstan Presdient Rustam Minnikhanov, and reminded that for 14 years 700, 000 children took part in the festival. This year, 70,000 children took part in the festival.

Ildar Khalikov thanked art directors, teachers and the whole team of the festival. He presented scholarships to the winners and asked them to thank their teachers and parents with applauses.
