Tatarstan Prime Minister holds Guardian council session of Investment and Venture Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan

Head of Tatarstan government Rustam Minnikhanov held Guardian council session of Investment and Venture Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan in RT Cabinet.

Members of Guardian council approved channeling 3 grants of 10 mln. dollars each for the companies having won in a program of cooperation between U.S. Civilian Research & Development Foundation (CRDF) and Investment and Venture Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan within the framework of the IV Kazan Venture Fair which to be held on April 23-24. It is planned to hold a seminar on development of entrepreneurship in the sphere of technologies (20-24, April) organized by Investment and Venture Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan and U.S. Civilian Research & Development Foundation - CRDF. Specialists in the sphere of venture investment are going to share the knowledge in the sphere of venture projects, creation of techno-parks, evaluation of business and intellectual property, production technologies, maintenance, etc.

According to the results of training, 3 companies will receive grants of 10 mln. dollars to arrange trip to the USA for their representatives for internship and holding of presentations of their projects for potential investors.

At the end of the Guardian council session a head of Investment and Venture Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan Ainur Aideldinov informed that current economic problems had also been discussed.

Members of Guardian council have approved allocation of funds for developing some innovative projects with attraction of various financial instruments (leasing schemes).

Moreover, the Council made a decision to postpone the payments on earlier received loans for the period from 3 to 9 months (Kama industrial park “Master”, Aktanysh aggregate plant, RT Chamber of commerce and industry).
