On April 17, at their meeting in Hong Kong, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Board Chairman of Meridian Capital Mark Holtzman discussed the issues of cooperation in such areas as agriculture and processing, biotechnology, public-private partnership in the field of medicine, as well as cooperation in the field of development.

Meridian Capital is implementing major development projects in Moscow, Saint-Petersburg and Kazakhstan (Amaty).

To the point, earlier, Rustam Minnikhanov and Mark Holtzman held negotiations in January 2013 within the framework of the World Economic Forum in Davos and in April 2013 in Kazan.
