On March 17 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov met with Chairman of supervision council of State Corporation "Housing and Utility Reform Foundation" Sergey Stepashin and Board Chairman of State Corporation "Housing and Utility Reform Foundation" Konstantin Tsitsin, who came to Kazan to take part in regional meeting on implementation of programmes of capital repair of common property of multi-apartment houses and relocation of citizens from hazardous housing stock.

In the afternoon Sergey Stepashin and Konstantin Tsitsin will take part in a solemn foundation stone laying ceremony of the house that will be built using energy-saving technologies.
