Tatarstan State Council to meet on March 20

49th meeting of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan is to take part on March 20. The decision was taken by the Presidium of the republican parliament chaired by Farid Mukhametshin.

At the beginning of the meeting Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Farid Mukhametshin reminded of the main recent events in the political social and economic life of Tatarstan. Head of the republican parliament informed on his working visit to Nizhny Novgorod where he met with colleagues – members of the Legislative Assembly of Nuzhegorodskaya oblast and RF Plenipotentiary to the Volga federal district Mikhail Babich. According to F.Mukhametshin, M.Babich highly estimated Tatarstan parliament’s efforts to reduce the tension in Ukraine and Crimea.
Upon the proposals of the parliamentary committees, the agenda of the 49th meeting would consist of 46 issues, including 18 bills of the Republic of Tatarstan.
