New social programme on capital repair of children’s recreation camps launched in Tatarstan in 2014

On January 11 at a regional meeting held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Municipal Economy Irek Faizullin reported that 529 houses are expected to be resettled under the programme on liquidation of dilapidated housing in Tatarstan in 2014.
The meeting was traditionally held in video conference format with participation of all municipalities.
Irek Faizullin reminded that 123 houses for 6483 flats with total area of 383000 m² will be built under the social mortgage programme in 2014.
As for providing housing to large-families with 5 and more children, it was reported that 122 mln roubles in 2014 and 128.1 mln roubles in 2015 have been allocated for this purpose. Irek Faizullin reminded that 824 families were included in the consolidated list and in 2014 housing will be provided for 45 families.
It was mentioned that 330 mln. roubles have been allocated to implement the programme “Construction, running and capital repair of “primary medical care” facilities” in the territory of 45 regional municipalities in 2014.
Furthermore, construction of universal sports grounds will be continued. The programme will be implemented in all municipalities. It is expected that about 177 sports grounds to the amount of 340.5 mln. roubles will be built.
In 2014 a new programme on capital repair of children’s recreation camps has been started in Tatarstan with 100 mln. roubles allocated to finance the programme. It is planned to make capital repair of 13 children’s recreation camps in 2014.
Minister of Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Municipal Economy said that the programme aimed at capital repair of children’s recreation camps will be completed by September 2014. Rustam Minnikhanov, in his turn, stated that the capital repair of camps must be finished by the end of the school year. It is necessary to make all efforts to implement the programme, Tatarstan President said.
Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov also took part in the meeting.
