On January 9 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov signed the decree on appointment of Almaz Khisamutdinov as new Head of Chief Administration of Veterinary of Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers.

Almaz Khisamutdinov was born on December 21, 1978. He graduated from Kazan State Academy of Veterinary Medicine named after N.E. Bauman in 2002 as a veterinarian.

Almaz Khisamutdinov has held the post of Acting Head of Chief Administration of Veterinary of Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers since November 2013. He had worked as Deputy Head of Mamadysh municipal district, headed administration of Agro-Industrial Complex JSC “VAMIN-Tatarstan” and “Takanysh”.
