Rustam Minnikhanov visits the grave of the First President of Chechnya, the Hero of Russia Akhmad-Hadji Kadyrov

On 23 August the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who came on a working trip to the Republic of Chechnya, visited the grave of the First President of Chechnya, the Hero of Russia Akhmad-Hadji Kadyrov and honored his memory by a prayer. 

Today the First President of Chechnya would have become 75 years old and dedicated to this solemn event are organized in Grozny where a delegation from Tatarstan is taking part.
