Rais of Tatarstan takes part in a meeting of the Russian Presidential Council for Strategic Development and National Projects held in Moscow

On 19 August during his working trip to Moscow, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a meeting of the Russian Presidential Council for Strategic Development and National Projects. 

Speaking at the meeting the Russian President Vladimir Putin emphasized that the country is implementing the Structural Transformation Plan in economy by 2030, including the development of the labour market by creating modern productive jobs and increasing production in branches with high added value. 

The leader of the state mentioned an increase in investment activity among main factors of the economic growth and said: “Our task for today is to launch a new investment cycle and to give business additional opportunities to invest in the development of industry, agriculture, services sector and construction. I emphasize: it is important to invest in those projects which are mostly oriented on the domestic demand, the technological development of all spheres of life and the platformization of economic sectors.” 

The Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak delivered a report on the implementation of the Structural Transformation Plan. The Minister of Finance Anton Siluanov reported on measures to ensure balanced budgets for the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in 2026–2029 and the Deputy Prime Minister – Chief of the Government Staff Dmitry Grigorenko spoke about working with regions to achieve the sociological indicators set out in the national development goals.

The Head of the Russian Popular Front Executive Committee Mikhail Kuznetsov presented the results of monitoring the implementation of national projects and the State Secretary — Deputy Minister of Defence and Chair of the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation Anna Tsivileva reported on systemic efforts to support special military operation participants and their families.
