Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov goes on a working trip to Nurlat region

On 8 August the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minikhanov accompanied by the regional Minister of Agriculture and Food Mazat Zyabbarov went to a working trip to Nurlat region of the republic where he estimated the harvest campaign progress and got acquainted with results of implementation of regional programmes.

In the field near the Village of Novaya Amzya Rustam Minnikhanov looked round an exposition of local agricultural producers and met active members of the region, heads of farms, investors and heads of settlements.

The Head of Nurlat region Damir Ishkineev, who also accompanied the Rais of the republic during his trip, reported that the harvest is proceeding at a steady pace and thanked Rustam Minnikhanov for the attention given to municipalities, in particular for providing all necessary conditions for work.

Marat Zyabbarov informed that the residents of the region take active part in supporting small farmsteads.

In his turn Rustam Minnikhanov attracted attention to the fact that investors are active in the region and plan to expand their presence by increasing livestock numbers. He also said special words of thanks for work in sending humanitarian aid to the special military operation (SMO) and support given to families of SMO participants.

Having talked to machine and combine operators, the Rais of the republic went to the children’s recreation camp Zarechnyy  built by the regional programme and officially opened in the Village of Novaya Amzya in June of the current year, which has already provided recreation to 500 kids in 2026. Rustam Minnikhanov looked round dormitories, the medical office, the canteen and the club.
