Rais of Tatarstan gives an errand to hold Chuvash culture holiday Uyav at the high level

On 10 July at a regional meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov gave an errand to hold Chuvash culture holiday Uyav, which will take place in Cheremshan and Alkeevskiy regions of the republic on 11 July, at the high level.

 There are more than 90 thousand of Chuvashs residing in 23 regions of Tatarstan and Rustam Minikhanov asked Heads of municipalities and city districts to send active members of Chuvash national and cultural amalgamations and creative teams to celebration events. “Organizers together with the law enforcement bodies must take safety measures and hold festive events at a proper level,” he emphasized.
