Rustam Minnikhanov meets Head of Kalmykia Batu Khasikov

On 10 July at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and Head of Kalmykia Batu Khasikov discussed issues of inter-regional interaction and development of ties in a number of spheres. In particular Rustam Minnikhanov and Batu Khasikov agreed to exchange experience in attracting investments, in digitalization, development of domestic tourism, improvement of public spaces, training specialists and others.

The regions signed an Action Plan on implementation of the Agreement signed between Tatarstan and Kalmykia in 2024 on cooperation in the spheres of culture, economy, social and others, and, speaking at the meeting, the Rais of the republic emphasized: “Our regions have rich potential for the development of mutually beneficial cooperation.”
