On 7 July the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with participants of the educational programme “Talent for the economy of the future”, the second module of which has started in the Kazan campus of the School 21 for more than 110 branch managers responsible for staffing the regional economic and social sectors, developing human capital, and adapting the labor market to technological changes all over the country.
The in-person practical module "Creating the Future with Your Own Hands", the main task of which is to develop a digital products which are ready for pilot testing and implementation in the regions, is entirely dedicated to mastering multi-agent AI systems.
“It is a great honor for us to host one of the modules of the educational programme at School 21. This project has been implemented in partnership with Sber and this platform is in great demand today. A major emphasis in your training is placed on artificial intelligence technologies. This is a truly important area. I have given an errand to organize mandatory personal training of employees of all republic-level ministries and municipalities in the fundamentals of working with AI, so that these technologies become a practical working tool,” Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized.
He noted that due to the support of the President of the country and the federal Government today Tatarstan is a backbone entity of Russia with developed economy and infrastructure and favourable investment climate. The Rais of the republic informed that last year the amount of the GRP made 5.7 trillion rubles and the industrial production volume exceeded 6 trillion rubles, the agricultural products amounted to more than 400bn and the amount of construction – more than 1 trillion rubles.
“I am sure that despite the busy schedule you will also have an opportunity to get closer acquaintance with our republic. We have three IT parks, the leading special economic zone of Alabuga, the Innopolis science city. Large work is being done in the development of public spaces and courtyards improvement. I wish you a pleasant stay in our republic and productive training,” Rustam Minnikhanov added.
In his turn the school headmaster Rustam Aynetdinov said: “The peer-to-peer learning approach in this module confirms what we have been seeing at "School 21" campuses for several years: the collaborative development of a functional product is the most effective way to prepare managers for real-world challenges. Upon completing the module, managers are able to independently assemble and launch multi-agent AI systems and this is one of the key skills required to build an effective HR infrastructure.”
The "Talent for the Economy of the Future" programme was developed by Sber in collaboration with the Government of Russia, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation, the ANO "Russia – Land of Opportunity," and RANEPA, pursuant to the directive issued by the Russian President following the State Council meeting in December 2025. The following in-person module will be held at the Management Workshop Senezh on 10-12 August 2026.
