Rustam Minnikhanov meets Director General of the Russian Foreign Ministry Aleksey Ostrovskiy

On 29 June, speaking at his meeting with the Director General of the Russian Foreign Ministry Aleksey Ostrovskiy, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov thanked the Russian Foreign Ministry for the attention it attaches to foreign bons of regions and for facilitating the development of international cooperation of the republic.

He also noted that with the support of the Ministry Kazan regularly becomes a venue for hosting flagship international level events such as the BRICS Summit, the Council of Foreign Minister of countries-members of the CSTO and the recent ASEAN summit held with participation of Russian President Vladimir Putin and representatives of all 11 states of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations.

The parties of the meeting also discussed issues of further comprehensive development of interaction.
