Rustam Minnikhanov meets Director General of the TASS Andrey Kondrashov

On 29 June at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Director General of the Russian Information Agency TASS Andrey Kodrashov discussed prospects of further development of the cooperation between the republic and the Agency.

Speaking at the meeting, Rustam Minnikhanov thanked Andrey Kondrashov for comprehensive coverage of life of the republic and consistent support of all key projects and initiatives. He noted that TASS is an information partner of the largest forums in Tatarstan, including the International Economic Forum “Russia –the Islamic world: KazanForum”, the recent Russia-ASEAN Summit and others.

In his turn, the Director General emphasized that the information agency is interested in development of cooperation with the republic.

The parties of the meeting discussed joint projects including organizing internships and trainings on professional development for journalists and also agreed to update the cooperation agreement between Tatarstan and TASS.
