Members of the Personnel Reserve of the Rais of Tatarstan present projects aimed at economic development to Rustam Minnikhanov

On 2 June in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin and the Acting Chairman of the regional State Council Marat Akhmetov took part in an event dedicated to the defense of projects of members of the Personnel Reserve of the Rais of the republic aimed at social and economic development of Tatarstan. Mentors of the Reserve members who were assigned from the high rank leadership of the republic as well as Heads of regional power bodies were also present at the defense.

Most of projects dealt with strengthening the technological sovereignty, including development of highly localized production of industrial robots, the introduction of robotics in enterprises, the development of NMR technologies and the processing of industrial crops. Some projects were dedicated to increasing cities energy efficiency, the development of a system to support participants of the special military operation and social infrastructure, improvement of the personnel reserve and preservation of the historical and cultural heritage.

Rustam Minnikhnov gave positive appraisal to presented initiatives and gave an errand to support members of the reserve in implementation of projects defended today.

Speaking to the Reserve members, he said: “You have done huge work. We will use many projects as pilot ones as they are all applicable for our municipalities.”

Having stated that the projects presented today draw attention to areas that are not always visible, he thanked supervisors of these projects and separately reminded that the Personnel Reserve of the Rais of Tatarstan attracts not only representatives of government bodies, but also the corporate sector.

In the end of the event the members of the Reserve were handed in certificates of advanced training in the program "Management Mastery: Modern Trends and Challenges."
