Rustam Minnikhanov visits training grounds of the SIBURINTEKH-NK

On 29 May during his working visit to the Nizhnekamskneftekhim facilities, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and persons accompanying him visited the training grounds of the SIBURINTEKH-NK which was established in Nizhnekamsk in 2025 –the year of the SIBUR 30th anniversary and is a link between education and real production. Up to 80 per cent of the equipment the Company operates is represented at the grounds and key principle of training programmes is applicability of knowledge and skills for real work in production.  

The main goal of the testing grounds is to gain practical experience and reduce the number of errors that affect safety, the environment, and the quality of work and they can train more than 6 000 specialists every year.

It is planned that each employee of the production unit will undergo practical training at the training grounds at least once every 3 years  which will ensure  continuous maintenance of safe work practices and will improve the reliability of equipment operation.

The Rais of the republic was informed that the SIBUR has invested more than 1.8bn rubles into the educational center and trainings grounds.

During his visit Rustam Minnikhanov was accompanied by the Minister of Industry and Trade of the republic Oleg Korobchenko, the Head of Nizhnekamsk Municipality Radmir Belyaev, the Chairman of the SIBUR Board Mikhail Karisalov and the members of the Russian State Duma Oleg Morozov and Aydar Metshin.
