Rafinat Yarullin once again approved to the position of Director General of the Tatneftekhiminvest-holding

On 28 May at their general annual meeting held at the Tatarstan Government House with participation of the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, shareholders of the Tatneftekhiminvest-holding listened to the report of the Director General of the holding Rafinat Yarullin about work of the company in 2025, the accounting report of the holding for 2025 and elected members of the Board of Directors of the Tatneftekhiminvest-holding.

Later the same day at a meeting of the newly elected Board of the holding the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov was again elected the Chairman of the Board and Rafinat Yarullin was approved to the position of the Director General of the holding.

The Board also elected members of the Internal Audit Commission and chose the audit organization for carrying out an audit of the annual financial statements of JSC Tatneftekhiminvest-holding for 2026.
