On December 18 at their meeting at Tatarstan Government House Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Director General of Housing and Communal Reform Fund Konstantin Tsitsin, and First Deputy Minister of Construction, Housing and Utility Services Leonod Stavitsky discussed issues of further cooperation, development of building industry, and funding of capital repair of multi-apartment houses.

To the point, Konstantin Tsitsin arrived in Kazan to take part in plenary session of the seminar "Regional programmes of capital repair of multi-apartment houses. Organisation of work of regional operators" (December 16-18, Korston hotel).

Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, Minister of Construction, Housing and Utility Services Irek Faizullin took part in the meeting.
