Rustam Minnikhanov: It is planned to organize summer recreation for about 180 thousand children

On 23 May at a meeting in the Government House of the republic the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov gave a number of errands related to organizing events for those who are finishing school and children’s summer recreation.

Next week, on May 26 the last school bell will ring for thousands of school graduates. “This fest is a significant event for every student, parents and teachers. With years of study behind them, adult life with new opportunities and challenges awaits. The Ministry of Education and Science, heads of municipalities of the republic must ensure festive events for school graduates at a high level with strict compliance with safety requirements. I wish all students to pass the United State Exam successfully”, Rustam Minnikhanov said.

He also reminded that it is planned to organize summer recreation for about 180 thousand children and asked to give special attention to families of participants of the special military operation and families who are in a difficult life situation.

Rustam Minnikhanov stated that priorities are to ensure comprehensive safety of children and antiterrorist protection of recreation facilities. Supervisory authorities need to take control of the organization of catering, fire safety and medical care, he said.

The Rais of the republic also emphasized the importance of patriotic education and reminded about the regional stage of the All-Russian military-patriotic game "Zarnitsa 2.0» organized at the sports grounds of Kazan Higher Tank Command School on 22 May. “I give an errand to heads of municipalities, the Movement of the First, the Ministry of Education and Science and the Ministry for Youth Affairs of the republic to continue working in this direction,” he said.

The regional Deputy Prime Minister Leila Fazleeva reported about the organization of the summer recreation campaign in detail having informed about the number of recreation camps and vouchers provided from the budget of the republic.
