Rustam Minnikhanov meets Director General of the Urals Mining Holding Sergey Mazurkevich

On 20 May at their meeting in the Government House of the republic held with participation of the regional Minister of Transport and Road Economy Farit Khanifov, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Director General of the Urals Mining Holding Sergey Mazurkevich discussed results of work of the Volga Multimodal Hub Company.

It was noted at the meeting that since the moment the hub was put into operation it became possible to decrease the load of the Kazan junction stations (Vysokaya Gora, Kinderi, Derbyshki, Vosstaniye, Yudino and Tikhoretskaya) up to 700 vans a month on average.

The load on the railway network of the republic as a whole has also decreased.
