On December 17 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov met with Chairman of Khanty-Mansiisk Duma Boris Khokhryakov, who arrived in Kazan with a working visit. On December 16 the delegation took part in signing interparliamentary agreement at Tatarstan State Council.

At today’s meeting Rustam Minnikhanov and Boris Khokhryakov discussed cooperation of two main Russian regions, noting the importance of developing “horizontal” relations between the regions.

Tatarstan Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov and Deputy Chairman of Tatarstan State Council Aleksandr Gusev took part in the event.
