Rustam Minnikhanov meets Russia cosmonauts-pilots who came during the Space Week to Tatarstan

On 16 April, welcoming his guests at a meeting with Russian cosmonauts Aleksandr Kaleri, Yuriy Usachev and Rafail Murtazin in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minikhanov said: “It is a great honor for us to welcome such respected people – Russian cosmonauts – to the republic.”

Each of the cosmonauts has a huge number of days and months spent outside the Earth and the meeting was held within the first Russian Space Week dedicated to the 65th anniversary of the flight of Yuriy Gagarin. The Gagarin Decade, which is taking place in Tatarstan, includes a range of educational and cultural events on space topics.
