On December 10 at a briefing at Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers, Minister of Culture Airat Sibagatullin informed that 481 New Year performances will be shown on December 25-January 10 in Tatarstan. Most performances will be presented at Tatar state puppet theatre “Ekiyat”.

Along with traditional exhibitions, state museums prepared more than 30 special programmes for certain groups of visitors, including master classes on making New Year toys and souvenirs. Solemn opening ceremonies of children's New Year parties will be held in Tatarstan regions and towns.
