Rustam Minnikhanov meets Hokim of Tashkent region Zoyir Mirzaev

On 18 February at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and a delegation from Tashkent region headed by its Governor Zoyir Mirzaev discussed issues of further cooperation within the framework of friendly Russia-Uzbekistan relations.

Speaking at the meeting, Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized that cooperation with Uzbekistan is steadily developing from year to year with new projects appearing, business contacts expanding and reciprocal visits being organized.

He thanked for the enduring interest to the republic and interregional contacts and confirmed interest of Tatarstan in the development of comprehensive partnership with brotherly Uzbekistan.
