As many as 172 construction and renovation projects with the fund amounting to 17 billion roubles planned for implementation under 5 national projects and 3 state programmes in Tatarstan

On January 17, speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with participation of all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin informed that in Tatarstan as many as 172 construction and renovation projects with the fund amounting to 17 billion roubles planned for implementation under 5 national projects and 3 state programmes.

The head of Tatarstan Ministry of Construction reported on the projects to be implemented under the national projects "Infrastructure for life," "Environmental well-being," "Long and active life" and the national projects "Family," "Youth and Children". As for the regional programmes for 2026, 50 of them will be implemented in these areas. The total funding limit is about 77 billion roubles, including four of these programmes in the housing construction sector.

Marat Ayzatullin said that the housing construction plan for 2026 is 3,175,000 square meters, including 1,980,000 square meters to be commissioned under the individual housing construction, 1,045,000 square meters under multi-family investment housing and 150,000 square meters under the social mortgage programme. These include 107 buildings in 29 regions of the republic. This year, four housing programmes for specific categories of citizens are also planned. Housing will be provided to 641 orphans, 21 large families, 61 young families and three families of internally displaced persons, migrants from the Far North and Chernobyl victims. The "Our Yard" program's funding limit this year amounts 10 billion roubles, Marat Aizatullin said. As many as 561 residential areas in 13 municipalities are slated for development. The Ministry of Education and Science of Tatarstan will implement four capital repair programmes, covering 114 facilities with a total budget of 4.699 billion roubles. Another four programmes, covering 30 facilities, will be implemented jointly with the Ministry of Youth Affairs of the republic with a total budget of 2.200 billion roubles. In collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan, 16 facilities will be repaired and constructed for 125 million roubles. The Ministry of Health of Tatarstan has three programmes, covering the construction and repair of 92 facilities for 3.247 billion roubles. The Ministry of Sports of the republic has three programmes, covering 36 capital repair and construction facilities, with a total budget of 3.37 billion roubles.

Tatarstan Ministry of Culture has two scheduled programmes, which include the repair and construction of 17 facilities funding to 650 million roubles. Together with the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the republic, the repair of 25 hydraulic structures is planned, with a total budget of 300 million roubles.
