Rustam Minnikhanov meets the winners and runners-up of the 2025 Professional Skills Championships

On 14 January in the Rameev IT Park in Kazan the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with the winners and runners-up of the 2025 Professional Skills Championships the Professionals, the Ambilimpiks and the Archipelagos where he congratulated them with high achievements and expressed special gratitude to their mentors and all those who, by their personal example, contribute to the development of new specialists.

Speaking at the meeting, Rustam Minnikhanov stated that annual meetings with the best specialists of the republic have become a good tradition. “Through your work and diligence each of you, sets an example of true professionalism, loyalty to your chosen path, and the ability to achieve the highest results. Due to your efforts, experience and perseverance Tatarstan continues to successfully maintain its positions at competitions of any level, confirming its reputation of a strong and competitive region capable of training world class specialists,” he said.

In 2025 residents of the republic won 69 medals at the Ambilimpiks championship, the main aim of which is to develop social inclusion of people with disabilities, their professional orientation, self-determination, self-development, as well as promoting their employment, 243 medals and 72 medallions in the Professionals Skills Movement and became the best drone operators in Russia, having won the first place in the Archipelagos competitions.

“Each of your awards is a success for the entire republic. Your achievements serve as a shining example for young people, inspiring them to develop their professional skills and reach new heights. Participation in such significant events forms a new generation of specialists who are ready to solve ambitious problems facing industry, science, and society. Tatarstan will continue to support championship movements and introduce their high standards into educational and industrial practice,” Rustam Minnikhanov said and handed in a number of state awards to outstanding heads of educational organizations, experts and mentors.
