Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in a meeting of the Russian State Council in training specialists for economy of the country

On 25 December in Moscow the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a meeting of the Russian State Council held by Russian President Vladimir Putin. The main issues was training specialists for economy of the country, and, speaking at the meeting, the Russian President emphasized that this issue is related to literally every region and branch of economy. “Personnel issues are not only comprehensive, they are the main ones today, fundamental for the development of our country,” he said.

“We traditionally meet on the eve on the New Year and I will start with congratulating you with this event. The year 2026 has been proclaimed the Year of Unity of People of Russia and I have just signed the corresponding decree. And of course I congratulate you with the 25th anniversary of the Russian State Council.  This is a quarter of a century of intense, painstaking and productive work, including that in the face of serious and complex challenges.  The issues to be considered by the State Council are always significant, important, and relevant for the country and its citizens. I wish you strength, energy, and health to successfully solve the challenges facing us.

This year we have started the implementation of 19 national projects with specific targets, including eight of them in ensuring technological leadership of Russia. All national projects are interconnected with the key goal of ensuring the sustainable development of the country and strengthening its sovereignty,” Vladimir Putin said.
