Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in a charity action “The Christmas Tree of Wishes” in Moscow

On 25 December the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who came on a working trip to Moscow to take part in a meeting of the Russian State Council held by Russian President Vladimir Putin, took several balls from the Christmas Tree in the St George Hall of the Moscow Kremlin held by the traditional charity action “The Christmas Tree of Wishes.”

Rustam Minnikhanov took decoration balls and will fulfill wishes of kids from Tatarstan and the City of Rubezhnoe in Lugansk.
