Rustam Minnikhanov gives a number of errands on holding events at the holiday period

On 13 December at a regional meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov gave a number of errands on holding events at the holiday period.

Speaking about preparations to the New Year celebrations, he gave an errand to heads of municipalities to ensure festive decorations of central Christmas Trees, cities, regions, settlements, streets, public spaces and business facilities.

«During the holidays, events for all categories of citizens, including families, should be organized in collaboration with cultural, educational, sports, and youth policy institutions. Special care should be given to families of participants of the special military operation, families with many children, orphans and disables persons,” the Rais of the republic said.

He also informed about results of the winter season of the Kurshe (neighbor) festival and gave an errand to heads of municipalities to help 49 grant winners to hold mass events at public spaces and courtyards at the high level. Special attention should be paid to safety issues when handling pyrotechnic products,” Rustam Minnikhanov said.

He also gave an errand to the regional Ministry for Youth Affairs to organize the regional Christmas Tree fest to be held at the Tatneft arena  with participation of 8 416 children from all cities and regions of the republic on 24 December at the high organizational level.
