Rustam Minnikhanov arrives on a working trip to Turkmenistan

On 11 December in the evening upon his arrival to the International Airport of Ashgabat, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who came on a working trip to Turkmenistan, was welcomed by representatives of the Administration of the country, the Plenipotentiary Representative of Tatarstan in Turkmenistan Ruslan Kabirov and other officials.

The aim of the visit is to take part in the International Forum dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan, the International Day of Neutrality and the proclamation of 2025 “The International Year of Peace and Trust” which opens in the capital of Turkmenistan on 12 December.
