Rustam Minnikhanov congratulates judges and old stagers of the branch with the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the Arbitrage Court of Volga District

On 11 December, speaking at a solemn event dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the Arbitrage Court of the Volga District held in the Kazan City Hall, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated all judges, court employees and old stagers with the event and said:” Over the years, the Arbitration Court of the Volga District has established itself as an authoritative judicial institution”.

“Your work is especially valuable in today's environment, where the economic development of the country directly depends on the quality of law enforcement and the predictability of court decisions. Through your daily work, you strengthen business confidence in the judicial system and create a solid foundation for sustainable economic growth throughout the Volga Federal District,” he said.

“You brilliantly fulfill your tasks, demonstrating impartiality and fidelity to the principles of justice,” the Rais of the republic stated and thanked judges and court employees for their contribution into strengthening the rule of law and developing the judicial system, expressing special words of gratitude to the court old stagers “who laid the foundation of the arbitrage legislation in the Volga District and whose knowledge, experience and wisdom have become an example for young colleagues.”

In conclusion Rustam Minnikhanov once again congratulated everyone with the event and wished them good health, happiness and successful work.

Then the most outstanding judges and employees of the legislative branch were handed in state and departmental awards.
