Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in occupation of a house built by the Goszhilfond programme in Baltasi region

On 3 December the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a solemn ceremony of occupation of a 12 apartment house in the Settlement of Baltasi of the republic built with investments from the State Housing Fund under the Rais of the republic as part of the regional social mortgage program for families with many children, orphans and participants of the Rental Housing Programme.  

Speaking at the ceremony, the Head of Baltasi region Ramil Nutfullin thanked the administration of the republic for the support given in the improvement of housing conditions of residents and said: “We are actively working under the State Housing Fund program. Multi-apartment houses are in demand here and we are planning to build several such houses next year.” 

In his turn Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated the new residents on this joyful event and paid a visit to the Akhmetzyanovs family with six children who got one of the apartments in the house. 

In the current year the investments plan of the State Housing Fund envisages construction of 35 social mortgage houses for 3 274 apartments in the republic and currently it has been completed by 93 per cent. The regional social mortgage programme began in 2005 and makes it possible to implement one of the main tasks of the national project “Infrastructure for life” increasing the provision of housing for citizens.
