Rustam Minnikhanov meets participants of the forum of “Business Partners of Tatarstan”

On 26 November the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a plenary meeting of the ХVIII forum “Business Partners of Tatarstan” held at the Kazan Palace Hotel with participation of 400 Tatars-entrepreneurs from 10 countries and 58 regions of Russia.

The Forum is one of the largest international events focused on the development and business cooperation and strengthening bonds of the Tatar world, where its participants discuss key spheres of social and economic development, investments opportunities and cooperation prospects. Before the meeting Rustam Minnikhanov looked round an exhibition dedicated to the current work and plans of the World Tatar Congress.

Speaking at the meeting, the regional Deputy Prime Minister Vasil Shyakhraziev, who is also the Chairman of the National Council of the World Tatar Congress, told that yesterday the participants od the Forum visited Nizhnekamsk region where they got acquainted with the regional economic programme and successful investments projects, had a meeting with the regional administration and visited industrial and infrastructural facilities.

In their presentations Tatar entrepreneurs from  Samara, Tyumen, Krasnoyarsk, Bishkek, Ufa, Kirov and other cities told about their business projects and the development of their bonds with Tatarstan, paying special attention to the preservation of Tatar identity. They also focused on issues of supporting participants of the special military operation and their families.

Speaking to participants of the forum, Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized that annual meeting at the forum have become a good tradition and noted the importance of preservation and development  of bonds with the Tatars from other regions of Russia and foreign countries. “We have listened to your presentations which all are very interesting and informative. You are successful entrepreneurs. We are proud of you and learn a lot from you. Moreover, you attach great attention to the preservation of Tatar language, national culture and traditions. Thank you so much! Let’s stick together,” the Rais of the republic said and in conclusion handed in a number of state wards for special contribution into the preservation and development of Tatar national culture and active public work.
