Rustam Minnikhanov gives an errand to organize events dedicated to the National Unity Day and the Day of Tatarstan Constitution at the highest level

On 1 November, speaking at a regional meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said that festive events dedicated to the National Unity Day and the Day of Tatarstan Constitution should be organized at the highest level in all cities and regions of the republic.

“Next week we are expecting a number of socially important events. On 4 November our multi-national country will be celebrating the National Unity Day which is a special date demonstrating the integrity and strength of spirit of Russian people. Its celebrations are especially important today when the special military operation is underway and the enemy continues to try to split our unity,” the Rais of the republic emphasized.

On 6 November residents of the republic celebrate the Day of Tatarstan Constitution adopted in 1992. “At that difficult time the main law of Tatarstan united people of different views, formed a system of power and social relations, and today is a solid foundation for our movement forward. It is the duty of everyone to respect the rights and obligations of citizens, the norms and principles enshrined in the Constitution of Tatarstan, “ Rustam Minnikhanov stated and gave an errand to heads of regions and cities to organize festive events, to take personal participation in them and  - most important - to ensure safety measures.
