Rais of Tatarstan meets the Chief of Staff to Belarus President and the Deputy Prime Minister of Belarus

On 29 September on the on the sidelines of the International Exhibition “Innoprom.Belarus” in Minsk the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who came on a working trip to Minsk to take part in the Innoprom.Belarus events,  had a meeting with the Chief of Staff to Belarus President Dmitry Krutoi and the Deputy Prime Minister of Belarus Viktor  Karankevich.
Speaking at the meeting, Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized that Belarus is an important economic and trade partner of the republic within friendly Russia-Belarus relations. There are many partnership agreements and capital of Belarus and Tatarstan – Minsk and Kazan- are twin-cities. 
He reminded that the interaction is being done in many spheres such as petrochemical and automotive industries, agribusiness, forestry and advanced technologies. 
The Minsk Tractor Plant occupies a special place among Belarusian partners - a significant portion of Tatarstan's agricultural machinery is produced at this enterprise. The "Tatshina" and "Belshina" enterprises also actively cooperate and Belarus buses and trolleybuses have proven themselves well in the republic, Rustam Minnikhanov said and concluded: “We are always open to cooperation and welcome new business contacts and joint projects.”
