Certificate of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan handed in to Rustam Minnikhanov

On 19 September in the Government House of the republic, the Chairman of the Central Election Committee of Tatarstan Andrey Kondratiev handed in Rustam Minnikhanov a certificate of being elected the Rais (Head) of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Earlier the same day before his inauguration ceremony, Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with heads of regional branches of political parties which took part in the elections of the Rais of the republic.
