Rustam Minnikhanov hands in Letter of Appreciation from the Rais of Tatarstan to the Russian Consul-General in Istanbul Andrey Buravov

On 18 September the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who came on a working trip to Turkey, handed in the Letter of Appreciation from the Rais of Tatarstan to the Russian Consul-General in Istanbul Andrey Buravov  for his fruitful cooperation with the republic and big contribution in implementation of joint projects.
