Rustam Minnikhanov meets Chairman of the Board of the Biforkom Tek Company Oleg Larionov

On 17 September at their meeting on the sidelines of the International Forum Kazan Digital Week-2025 held at the Kazan Expo International Exhibition Center, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Chairman of the Board of the Biforkom Tek and the Neoros Companies Oleg Larionov discussed issues of interaction and opportunities for implementation of joint projects.

Speaking at the meeting, Rustam Minnikhanov noted that the Company with the support from the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade has implemented a large scale project of the Photonics Center in Moscow.
