On 8 September the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Rais of Tatarstan Asgat Safarov, the regional Minister for Youth Affairs Rinat Sadykov, the Deputy Chairman of the Committee of Law and Order of the State Council of the republic and the Hero of Russia Rasim Basikov took part in a ceremony of launching the first in-person module of the educational project “Batyrlar. Heroes of Tatarstan” for veterans of the special military operation which will make it possible for them to receive new qualification diplomas as well as skills and knowledge needed for working in state and local self-government bodies.
In his welcoming speech Asagt Safarov said: “The educational programme is focused on gaining new knowledge and skills needed for work in the state power bodies. Of course it is not easy, you will have to read much, to listen to lectures and pass exams. But as it is said - the harder the training, the easier the mission. I am sure that your focus on results and experience will help you in your studies and future work!”
The Director of the High School of Public and Municipal Governance of the Kazan Federal University Igor Privalov informed the participants of the programme about its structure and content and Rasim Basikov shared his experience of working as a member of the Tatarstan State Council and gave advice which will be useful for participants in their professional work.
