Rustam Minnikhanov talks to participants of the “Play, the accordion!” Festival

On 30 August the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov listened to the performance of accordionists-participants of the “Play, the accordion!” Festival which is a festive procession of accordionists and amateur folk ensembles from Tatarstan and regions of Russia held annually since 1985.

The Rais of the republic and the regional Minister of Culture Irada Ayupova listened to classic melodies and modern arrangements and, when talking to the festival participants, Rustam Minnikhanov gave one of them, namely a ninth grade student Maksat from Perm region, a musical instrument.
